Diamond Care Plus is a furniture protection plans that help you repair, clean, and replace covered furniture items in case of accidental damage. Diamond Care Plus includes coverages and exclusions. You can file a claim online through our website by clicking the "File a Claim" button at the top of this page or on the Home page. You may need to provide details and photos of the damage. You can file claims 24x7 online with our mobile app or call us and we will do it for you.
For claims filed during business days before 5 pm EST, we will process your claim the same day. Claims filed after 5 pm EST or during non-business days, are processed the next morning. "Processing" means that we have started the services required to resolve your claim. If we need to send a technician, depending on your availability, on average we can complete service in just a few weeks.

No, most protection plans do not cover manufacturer defects or product failures covered under a manufacturer’s warranty. Some plans offer limited coverage for normal wear and tear. No, protection plans do not cover damage caused by floods, fires, hurricanes, earthquakes, or any other Act of God. For these types of losses, we recommend checking your homeowner’s insurance policy.
